You may be eligible for a refund or remedy when:
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted only where explicitly offered at checkout or in writing by our support team, and items must be unused, in original packaging where applicable.
Report issues within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items unless a longer period is required by law. Refunds are processed after approval; bank or wallet settlement times vary.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may affect your ability to place future orders.
