These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Uppkit website and related services. By creating an account, placing an order, or browsing the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent where required. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to other users or the platform.
Product listings are invitations to treat. An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders (for example due to stock, pricing errors, or fraud checks). A contract is formed when we confirm payment or dispatch, as indicated in your order confirmation.
Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (₵) unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing errors before acceptance.
Delivery timelines and fees depend on your region and selected options, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and at checkout. Risk of loss passes in line with our shipping terms and carrier practice.
You agree to pay all amounts due for your order, including applicable taxes and delivery fees. Failed or reversed payments may result in cancellation or withholding of shipment.
You must not misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no interference with systems, no scraping beyond reasonable personal use, no impersonation, and no abusive behaviour toward staff or other customers.
Content on this site (branding, text, images, layout) is owned by Uppkit or licensors. You may not copy or exploit it without permission except as needed to use the service normally.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Courts in Ghana have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise we will seek renewed acceptance where required.
